    WHAT IS COVERED BY RETURNS?

    Should you receive an order that fits any of the below statements, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund;
    • Manufacturing faults
    • Incorrect size/item in order
    • Lost-in-transit parcels

     

    WHAT TO DO WITH AN INCORRECT/FAULTY ITEM.

    If you receive an incorrect item, or a product that has a mechanical issue that effects the use of it (for example a hole in a leg seam), please follow these steps to report it to me within 3 days of receiving your parcel:

    1. Take a few good quality pictures that clearly illustrate the problem. If the problem is related to sizing, try to place a tape measure on the garment to show the the problem.
    2. Email me directly at danika@artemisscreations.com
    3. In the subject title, please put "RETURNS" and the order number so that I can easily look up your information and order.
    4. I will confirm I have received your email and will try to be back in touch in 48 hours to let you know that I'm on the case!

    You may be asked for more information or pictures if the submitted photos are not clear enough. I take quality matters very seriously and sometimes it can take a bit longer to review a problem if it is more complicated. I want all of my customers to be over the moon with their orders, so I will work with you and my manufacturers closely to find the best possible solution that is appropriate to your specific issue.

     

    WHAT TO DO IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR PARCEL IS LOST-IN-TRANSIT.

    If your parcel is a no-show, there's a few steps to take to make sure we can get your order back into your mitts!

    1. If you have a tracking number, check it out first. You may find your answer :)
    2. Be sure to check that your parcel has exceeded the estimated production + shipping times for your country (see "shipping" page). Remember that your order may be split into 2 separate parcels (tees/tanks in one, everything else in another)
    3. Check that you have entered the correct delivery address for your order.
    4. If both of the above are A.OK, email me directly at danika@artemisscreations.com quick-sticks!
    5. In the subject title, please put "LOST IN TRANSIT" and the order number so that I can easily look up your information and order. Let me know if it is ALL or SOME (tees/other) of your order that is missing.
    6. I will confirm I have received your email and will try to be back in touch in 48 hours to let you know that I'm on the case!

    Please note that investigating a lost package can take 5-10 business days.

     

    WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY RETURNS?

    Unfortunately, I can not offer returns or refunds for the following situations;

    • Items damaged in transit
    • The wrong size was ordered (as products are printed and made to order)
    • An incorrect delivery address was provided
    • Parcels held/delayed by customs
    • Change of mind
